Excellent service from knowlegible and helpful staff

I live in the U.S. I purchased a B&O 8000 Turntable from Sweden refurbished. It has an awful hum. I had NO idea what that hum was or how to fix it. So I wrote my situation on a B&O blog and they told me Sound Heavenly would solve my problem. I almost gave up on the expensive turntable. When the cord/cable came in I did not put it on for three days because I thought I would be disappointed. It WORKED PERFECT. Thank you Sounds Heavenly!!!!!
