Packages got swapped and no notification
Hello,
I was upset to learn that my friend received a Something Splendid package that was not the one I ordered. It was for an engaged couple. She didn't know who it was from, since the card was for an engaged couple and signed with different names. Luckily, she contacted Something Splendid, and the customer service rep admitted the packages got swapped accidentally, and re-sent the correct package that I ordered for delivery this past Wednesday (Jan 20) -- that had the correct note with my name.
I am disappointed Something Splendid did not contact me immediately once they knew of this mistake -- and I Could have reached out to my friend. Instead, I had to find this out from her on Wednesday. (Over 10 days after the original package had arrived).
