I have not even recieved the book yet. I ordered it in October. I know it wasn't released until November 22, but I am still waiting. It has been a struggle. I will wait patiently as I anticipate this book being as good as the other PLC at work books.

You said you were going to refund me and till this date, I haven't had that refund. I said the format that you gave me didnt work for me. I thought it was a pdf what you were going to deliver.

I purchased BOTH the digital and physical copy. Worst choice ever. And I can't even return them. AWFUL
