I have not recieved the books that have been ordered.

Terrible. Wasn't able to download the software needed to open the book. Dealt with multiple people from customer service, one person was friendly and said they would grant my request for refund. However, I never actually got refunded. Bad experience. The Kindle App is far more user friendly.
