I have not even recieved the book yet. I ordered it in October. I know it wasn't released until November 22, but I am still waiting. It has been a struggle. I will wait patiently as I anticipate this book being as good as the other PLC at work books.

Would have been nice if the cashier had given me the coupon I explained was in my luggage.

I'll likely not order anything from Solutiontree. com in the future just because this first experience was so disappointing.

You said you were going to refund me and till this date, I haven't had that refund. I said the format that you gave me didnt work for me. I thought it was a pdf what you were going to deliver.
