I stopped the order and

I stopped the order and got my money back through Discover Card because I could not get the company to return my emails or calls. I was afraid it was a scam. I don't believe it was now, but at the time I could not afford to lose that much money. Discover card was willing to pay upon delivery, but the company would not do that. Transparency about progress of production and delivery, would go a long way for this business. I would have very much liked to own the softtopper.

It took me 7 phone

It took me 7 phone calls to finally get a live person. Once I did everything went beautifully. However, until I did the process was an abject failure and I had put a competitors product on hold for purchase. I am a reoeat customer and did not expect to be ignored this way. I also sent 3 emails and left 5 voicemail. Also your website is not up to date. No 2022 model information. If the info is not available service people should be. Superior product. Deplorable service. I know COVID has impacted us all, but my small business still answers the phone and email.

The product is nice and

The product is nice and rugged. Fully satisfied. But the order process during the pandemic was absolutely horrific. Your website just plain lied about delivery times - said 3-5 weeks, actual was 9+. Customer service was impossible to get to. Web form emails disappeared. Voicemail just said FULL and hung up. You only responded when I threatened to cancel. Customer service email said "just let us know". I replied cancel and my email bounced.
