Softopper

I installed the top on my Ram 1500 truck. The biggest issue was that I had to add a strip of Velcro to the top of the tailgate to hold the back of the top steady in the wind when traveling. It only leaks in the bed hold-down holes in the truck itself

The top is very durable, it took about an hour to install, not knowing what I was doing. I had the wrong installation brackets. They were shipped to me very quickly.

I’ve had my Softopper for nine months and love having it on my ‘87 4Runner. Living in the AZ desert I have thr option of safari mode or completely down most of the year. It’s nice to take just a few minutes to go back to completely covered up if/when necessary.

Rugged, heavy duty black top. Versatility in configurations of front and back flaps. Held three foot snow loads in Winter Park Colorado and Mt Baker in Washington. Subzero in Montana and 130* in the desert southwest AZ has little longterm effect on the top material or frame. Holds tight at high speed (100+) and Wyoming winds. Company and associates stand behind their products. I'll send photos under separate cover - Overall hard core performance and Mil Spec build. Only one zipper failure after 6 years, company made good on it.
