Terrible service
I received two bottles of a six bottle order of jasmine oil had more than a centimeter of sediment at the bottom. I reached out on December 6th and followed up with a picture of the defective bottles the following day. I was told replacement bottles are being sent. I messaged five days ago asking if the replacements would be here for Christmas. I haven’t received a response. This is disappointed because I really do like the products you make.
