i cannot remember as it was four months at least ago

Customer service is really bad and also the complimentary candle offer I feel is poor and misleading. I’ve emailed a number of times about this and nobody seems to know what are doing. Such a shame as your products are amazing.

I ordered on 14th Feb. Haven’t received it yet (1st March) and no response to my query with customer service

Unacceptable delivery and bad after service

The poorest online retailer I have used. Order was cancelled due to no stock. Tried to return other item to store to be told nothing will happen for over a week because of a stock check. You are playing at Retail and wasting customers time and taking their money for items out of stock only to refund weeks later.
