Whilst the candles I purchased obviously smell divine. I felt as though they are actually slight seconds as the surface of the actual candle in 2 out of the 3 I received had visible marks in the wax and the wicks looked over caked in wax. I was impressed by the sale price and maybe that should have alerted me to the fact they may be slightly sub standard, however I purchased them as gifts ( if they were for myself this wouldn’t have bothered me) and was disappointed that they did not come in a box. I visited Bamford at Daylesford recently and felt sure the candles came in boxes. Overall it was a good experience and the packaging to protect the goods in transit was substantial and impressive. I also purchased a Jasmine body cream and when I t removed the lid , again the surface of the cream had an unsightly blob which I was not expecting. I will definitely purchase from you again as the products are sublime and arrived in a timely manner.

Very good fabric. Need to size up!. A key pocket would be helpful.

Bandits can always be relied on to provide a very efficient service and products are beautifully packaged. On this occasion, I bought the new Geranium diffuser. I expected to like the fragrance as I enjoy other products in the range, but it is a little overpowering and not suitable for the small bathroom I intended to place it in.
