Broken first time of use

My charging cable is faulty

Plastic mount on underside of chair is faulty I have submitted this to team & awaiting next steps to fix this problem

Poor battery life, bought under the impression they would last 4 hours

Not happy faulty battery port chair is useless, emailed multiple times with no help 😡
