Smartwool - NORA

Feels well made. I gave it a 3 because the hood is too loose. Should be tight to the head in my opinion. Bad design. I’d also add thumb holes into the sleeve cuff too. Those design flaws make it a 3, not a 5, in my opinion.

I have made two purchases from Smartwool and both of them were wrong. When I called for assistance I received great customer service. However the policy of the company (providing a refund and not just automatically correcting the mistake) is unsatisfactory. In both instances I was required to reorder the items which is annoying.

I'll tell you when I get them. Ordered on the 3rd be here on the 10th dam dun forgot what I ordered.

I have yet to receive my order. Much too long.

We ordered 7 pair of low cut socks and one of the men’s has a big hole in the top.
