Someone stole my delivery of my Smack after UPS delivered it. I live in a rural area and this has never happened in the past 30 years. I filed a claim with UPS and let Smack know. The company didn't even wait for the claim to go through. They immediately sent out a replacement order. What an amazing company. Such fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them. 🩷
