I love you cube! mattress pad recently leaked after many many years I bought a new unit the other day can’t wait for it to come. I only wish someone would answer your phones!!!!

I have been sleeping with a Chili Cube for 4 years now. I can't imagine life without it. Cooling between you and the mattress is the best way to regulate.

All I was asking for was a new power cord for my ooler that I had lost during a move and they were very helpful. At the time, they explained that they were very busy which is understandable. I only had to wait a few days for a response and once they responded they were very polite and sent me a new power cord free of charge.
