Everithing was perfect, the product, the shipping, the materials and craftmanship, the fit of the encasement, the looks of it, the quality of materials and the feeling of the mattress encasement top when I sleep on it. I even had an experience with customer service because I made a mistake with my address and had co call them to help, they did an amazing job.
