We replaced a 3” soft layer (talalay) with a 3” firm layer (Dunlop). We now have 2 firms and a medium on each side of our queen size bed. Super comfortable, great decision. Much more reasonably priced than getting an entire new mattress. The contour pilllows are fine, but no better or worse than the ones we had years ago from a different source.

I bought the 3 inch medium dunlop matress topper after receiving the wonderful sample blocks that helped me decide what would be best for me. I have tried several brands and was never happy- either to hard or way to soft. this one was just right with no off gassing. i may have to cut it down a bit to fit my particular twin matress, which is easy with an electric knife, but it was still very much worth it.
