The bounceback has no way to attach to the trampoline. It is NOT at all like the picture or description

Worst customer service. Have reached out multiple times with issues and never received a response.

Wrong length. Need to cut several to get them to fit. Can't be ordered in the right amount for my trampoline, since I have 8 poles, and they only ship in sets of 6, so I'm forced to buy WAY too many. They disintegrate in the sun pretty quickly.
