I was excited to hear of the chance to try different strings on site, rather than just buying a set and hoping the sound is what you want. The staff were so nice and considerate. I needed to conduct some research on the relationship between dominant frequency and soundbox area of violins, and I scheduled a 1. 5 h session, but I ended up staying for more than 3 hours. They were so considerate and patient with me, even helping me with my measurements and ensuring a relatively quiet environment. Overall, the staff were so nice, and the service was impressive.
