Always helpful, and knowledgeable. Can use it to their way to see that you get something suitable to your ability at the right price. I do miss the lollies that they used to send with orders though

The care taken in the packaging showed such respect for the products and for the customer. The little autumn postcard of the shop is just delightful and now sits on my 4 year olds bedside table and he looks at it most nights, proudly saying that he’s been there before. Thanks team!

Prompt delivery and excellent service.

As previously stated, the staff demonstrated how the tuner worked which assisted with my purchase. Graham Bell

I've always found that the staff at S4S are professional and go the extra mile to help me on my musical journey. I was excited to hear of the chance to try different strings on site, rather than just buying a set and hoping the sound is what you want. One day I hope to feel confident enough in my playing to try that service!
