They tried to upsell me by telling me I needed to put a calming gel on the area I got lasered every day. They didn’t offer buying it as a choice, they said which size do you want small, medium, or large? Way overpriced and dumb business model trying to force people to buy extra stuff by lying to them about needing it when they have little medical expertise. Really bugged me
