Stop advertising to customers if they are not eligible or honor the sale.

I’m not impressed with the way you treat current customers.

I ordered on August 31st and on October 4th I called to see where my package was and had not been shipped yet. In the meantime, I moved and have a different address so it will now get stuck in the mail for weeks until it gets to me. Unfortunately, when I called to ask about it no one knew anything about it and needed to call me back but when they called me back I was at work, of course, and they went ahead and shipped it to the previous address. If they had let me return the call first, I would have asked them to change the address. What a mess!
