Not great at retaining customers
If you have already purchased a special or an on sale package, they won't let you buy anything on sale again. They will make you either buy a membership or a month to month, or just full price per area. The problem is if done right and correctly, you don't need to be going for months or years constantly, so only needing to do touch ups every couple of months or years as a returning customer is not really an option unless you want to pay out the nose for it. Disappointing how they treat returning customers. I have even sent 3 people to them who bought packages. Bummer, I liked the facility, the pricing, and results. I'll be finding a new salon now unfortunately...
