Not great at retaining customers

If you have already purchased a special or an on sale package, they won't let you buy anything on sale again. They will make you either buy a membership or a month to month, or just full price per area. The problem is if done right and correctly, you don't need to be going for months or years constantly, so only needing to do touch ups every couple of months or years as a returning customer is not really an option unless you want to pay out the nose for it. Disappointing how they treat returning customers. I have even sent 3 people to them who bought packages. Bummer, I liked the facility, the pricing, and results. I'll be finding a new salon now unfortunately...

Don't email me with promotions I am not eligible to use. Also it is 2022, figure out how to refund someone's credit card, I don't want a check in the mail.

Bad Customer service

This review is for how I was treated. I live in Herriman drove that far because of the positive reviews. Once I arrived, no one was there to welcome me. I had to wait ..till someone shows up. What upsets me more is that I came for laser and also a armpit consultation, the nurse who came did not know if my hair was okay for laser or not! So she was going back and forth maybe 3 times to ask who ever is the specialist. I found it very disrespectful! Why the specialist doesn’t come check on me and then tell the nurse what to do ? But rather sending back and for the poor nurse. This is so unprofessional! We are all came from different background and we should treat patients like this. I still have other appointments I hope that this was one time bad service

don't let simplicity rip you off

Simplicity charged my credit card before I even signed the contract and after that I found out that they scam people even they will do a contract with you for 6 months they don't have openings so you end up with very limited number of treatments. You pay more for less. When I requested a refund they said they couldn't refund all the money and they will keep processing fee. Processing fee for what I never went to their facility or signed any contract. Be careful . Find another facility
