It was my first time experiencing laser hair removal so I honestly had no idea what I was walking into. However, the receptionist was super friendly and helpful! The laser hair technician was great; she was friendly, outgoing, explained step by step to me which made me feel more comfortable and she would make sure the settings were comfortable when used on me. Overall, I loved it & I can’t wait for my follow up appointments.
