Has taken a lot of stress out of my weight loss journey.
No meal planning, no shopping, no cooking. I was a meal prep person, but all the planning, shopping, and cooking was hard to get done so I was always revering back to the easy unhealthy takeout and junk food habits for convenience, I like the food one I learned how to reheat it and it makes it a lot easier to stay consistent, I still meal prep some, but I’m really rely on this program for the most part, so far I have lost 23 pounds.
