Very impressed with quality and choices

Silver cuisine is a great program, with high quality food, that is tasty, nicely seasoned, and low salt. My daughter bought me a month's supply and I have been using this program ever since. I love not having to prepare dinner every night!

The meals are delicious without tons of salt, so I can add my own sparingly, and good to eat for diabetics. I have high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.

I am a type 2 diabetic. Find and fixing food for one person that helps me control my blood sugar and has proper proportions is hard work. At the end of day several hours of kitchen work are too much. As an added benefit they are tasty! In cooking for myself, I could never get food to taste this good! I lost to joy of eating, until Silver Cusine.
