I wanted to find a healthy and easy heat/serve option for myself and my parents. I dropped off some of the dinners to them and they thoroughly enjoyed them. I'm enjoying them as well and look forward to trying the extensive variety of offerings.

Food is good....healthy....and just enough for singles

The service has been great. Deliveries are on time and packed to stay frozen. As for the meals, I have enjoyed the freedom of not cooking. The meals are very good. And I do find that I lost weight. I do recommend Silver Cuisine to my friends, especially those that are single.
