the selection of meals is excellent. I buy several dinners and several breakfasts which I use for a lunch. delivery is only a few days after I place an order. Microwaving the meals is so easy, and the meals are very good and healthy. I believe the nutritional make up is better than many other frozen meal services.

Ordering is so easy, shipping notification is great( you know exactly when you will receive it, almost down to the hour)…The food is packaged beautifully, easy to open, arrives frozen with dry ice and we like the fact that most of the packaging can be recycled…Oh, and by the way, the food is very tasty!
