not only is this healthy it's very tasty and filling. My husband is enjoying it as well. We are spending less overall on our food budget than when I was cooking from scratch. Added plus is no waste of food (leftovers, surplus the goes bad, etc.) Highly recommend giving it a try.

Husband and I are stunned at how good the meals taste. Honestly, we didn’t have very high expectations as we’ve tried so many in past and they were horrible. First of all—we aren’t being strong armed into an auto charge/delivery system and may order as we please. Additionally. These taste fresh made and have fresh ingredients not loaded with salt or weird ingredients no one can pronounce or know what it is. We feel like these offer us a quick and healthy meal when we don’t have the time or energy to buy ingredients to prepare a full meal. Thank you for this wonderful service. I have used most of the food services out there, and I prefer Silver Cuisine. Actually I prefer Bistro MD because they pick the meals for you, but Silver Cuisine gives a discount and I am a retiree living on a shoe-string budget. You can pick the program you want and the service shows which meals fill the bill. They come packed in dry ice, so do not melt in the summer (I live in Houston, so this is important!).
