I’m so glad that I discovered Silver Cuisine. It’s the only company I found that caters to singles. The food is really good and well balanced. I love the many choices and not having to sign up for anything. It’s so quick and easy, but most of all, I actually lose weigh. And I’ve never been more regular in my life.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the meals I ordered. While a bit pricey, I was able to use a discount and got free shipping making my purchase a better buy. I will definitely consider re-ordering and order enough to qualify for the free shipping. While I am able to prepare my own meals, these are great items to have on hand when I don't have the time to cook a full meal and don't want to just eat a snack or some kind of junk food.

I am so very happy with Silver Cuisine; I cannot say enough good things about it. You can decided the amount of meals and your choice of meals which can allow for more or less as needed. Since my husband likes a lot of variety he is much happier with this program and the meals are healthy and delicious!

I ordered this for a friend to be at her home, after returning from knee surgery rehabilitation. She eats gluten free. The food helped to ease her transition home, provided good nutrition and allowed her brief preparation in her kitchen.
