Healthy and Satisfying
The meals are good and with no salt which is a plus for me. I use the meals as a supplement to the meals I prepare myself. They come frozen solid and cook best when baked in the oven frozen. I transfer the frozen meal into a pie plate, cover with foil and bake for 40-50 min at 350. Microwaving thawed, the meals can sometime become soupy. I add some salt, herbs and spices to bring out the flavor. The meals are very satisfying and healthy.
