I have a dinner every third day or so, especially when I don’t feel like cooking. I like the Silver Cuisine meals a lot. Not salty or spiced up. I found the best way to preserve the flavor and consistency of each meal is to transfer it still frozen into a Pyrex pie dish, cover with foil and cook in the oven at 350* for 35 to 50 minutes. Microwaving tuns some dishes int a soup and there is no need to thaw.
