I have been a customer of Bistro MD/Silver Cuisine for about 8 months, ever since being diagnosed as a diabetic. I reached my weight loss goal about 4 months ago and I stay on the plan to keep my blood sugar levels consistently low. It's a good plan and it works for me.

Great food & service

I think this service and their product is absolutely the BEST!! Silver Cuisine is especially good for the older population - but is also good if you want good quality meals and control over calories, protein, and sodium. Silver Cuisine beats all other food delivery services because they are: 1) great tasting; 2) cost effective; 3) can be frozen to eat whenever you are ready; 4) convenient to cook-minutes in the microwave; 5) plenty of variety and options for every meal; 6) delivered in eco-friendly packaging; and 7) most importantly: high protein-low sodium-moderately portioned. I have compared this service to five others and Silver Cuisine is always the WINNER! I will be a customer for life!

Perfect for helping during surgery recovery of chief cook!!

The choice of food is fantastic. I like being able to have a Mexican style breakfast and a Japanese influenced supper. And ..the Customer Service is fantastic.
