Really love the meals. Very convenient, great variety and delish! Chicken dinners are alway so tender and broccli is excelkant. Only problem is carrier. If you used someone other tgat FED EX we would be thrilked. As is, I am looking for different comoany that does not use FedEx for shipping.

Delicious, nutritious meals. Easy to microwave and eat. Especially like the easy to remove clear plastic over the trays that are easy for my senior arthritic hands to remove.

Healthy 80 years old. I've been living alone about 15 years. Tired of cooking. Sick of tossing uneaten fruit and veggies. Always waging a weight battle. Happy to find Silver Cuisine. Love the choices. Love the breakfast. Happy with the calorie count. Frozen not fresh allows for changes in my routine. I can go out to lunch with friends without worrying about that meal that needs to be eaten. I live in a rural area. I worried about frozen food staying frozen. Even on the hottest days, my food arrived frozen solid and when it was expected. Thank you Fed EX! Packaging is troublesome. I expect I may need help with that down the road. Can't complain though because it keeps my meals frozen.
