Logistic side of thing can be improved, the warehouse made several mistakes on 2 consective orders. On one of the order, I got some shampoo and soap instead. That being said, the way how the situation was handled by the sales, and customer service team was exceptional. I was treated fairly, the response was quick, and I was given the impression that Silca really cared about their products and customer satisfaction. Been a long time Silca fan/customer and will continue to be so.

Easy to mount and sealed right up. Tires felt great on semi rough gravel.

Great product. Couldn’t wait to use the silca waxing pot that my wife and daughter got me for my birthday. The wax shipped quickly and was at my door by the end of the week. The videos produced by silca on YouTube made the first application easy and painless. My daughter and I had fun waxing the chain. She loved taking notes and telling me how the wax was turning into a liquid. It is clean, fast, and efficient.
