So far it as worked pretty good,my pain level has dropped another 20 % which is wonderful ! Now I can slowly back off of the harsh pain meds,:) It also helped my husband's knee pain,he hurt his knee playing football and had to have a big surgery on his knee,now he feels every storm that comes in,not now !!
