I can’t blame SP for FedEx issues, but once my order arrived in British Columbia it just sat at FedEx’s sorting centre for several days until I called and asked what was going on and their Customer Service (who had no explanation) got it onto a delivery truck. Things happen, but it was frustrating to track the package for days to see it simply sitting there for no reason. I eventually got it.

The annoyingly repetitive requests to rate your products and services belies a peculiar need for adulation/validation.
