Haven't actually cooked them yet as this was my first order and it was incorrect. This is for information purposes only. . . not a rant. I was refunded for the missed steak which was good. That first experience with a customer is very important. Please make a note of this and hopefully a way to avoid it in the future. Thank you!

Just typed it but again, meat arrived half thawed so we ate the whole shipment in a week. Will not orde again.

Hoped is was better
