Our steaks arrived on the date specified and were frozen rock hard. When I cooked it, I seared it over hot coals and then finished it over indirect heat. I let it rest with melted butter on top. It tasted wonderful. Next time I will probably get a two inch thick cut versus the one inch I purchased this time.

Every aspect of my dealings with SRF are top notch! I’m a customer for life.

Delivered as promised though we soft did now show shipped until after steaks actually arrived which caused anxiety as steaks were planned for a birthday dinner.
