Great everything. Only advice I'd give is, don't order late on a Thursday or on a Friday. Likely will sit in a FedEx location over the weekend. All my meats made it ok, but one time it was borderline... thankfully turned out just fine. But all in all, you can't go wrong with beef from SRF.
