the dry aged porterhouse was the BEST. no one else can ship this level of quality steak, how do i know? i have tried the other major three competetors, the rest are a step behind, perhaps lower in quality and or the skimp on size of steak (the price will remain same, size will suffer).
SRF offers the most important thing imho, the choice of NEXT DAY FED-ex, everyone else is standard shipping and when i get the box, the dry ice melted already and the steak had already thawed.
alas when i complain to the others, they say there is no NEXT DAY, WELL SRF HAS IT.
and how do i know the dry aged steak is dry aged?
good way would be to put in in fridge on paper towels and on rack and see how much blood seeps out before cooking, i know thats my way of double checking if my delivery was aged or just marketing,
