Service was good. The only complaint I have: this dress was close to $400. It should have been on a hanger and enclosed in a box. It was not. It was folded, packed in a plastic bag within a shipping bag not a box. The dress had creases. I'm going to have it steamed to get rid of the creases. It is a very beautiful ball gown.
