Customer service at US Water was excellent and everything arrived in a timely manner.

Filter housing was very good and solid. Customer service was good in solid too. They replaced the original that was damaged in shipping very quickly. Shipping is slow compared to Amazon. The photo with the fittings installed in the filter housing is misleading but that's okay cuz I didn't want them
