I have been a US Water customer for several years and have been very pleased with customer service and with the quality of the filters that are available. Delivery has always been prompt and the customer service reps are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our American Made RO system hasn't been running for too long, but it installs easily, looks and feels well-built, and I appreciate it's US heritage! All components sent with the system appear high quality, and I can tell that thought was put into the contents of this kit. Even a tubing cutter was included. This system replaces a >20 year old system that came with our house and has served us well, but started springing leaks. I wasn't happy with the company that had been servicing it for us, so I decided I might as well replace the entire thing myself. I had to purchase a different fitting to splice into my water line, but that was due to the particular faucet connections I had available. I also needed some more line since this system wasn't going directly under the sink, but everything else needed was in the kit. The availability of an ice maker kit was another bonus. This may not be the cheapest option, but it definitely gives confidence that it will perform well for years to come. I highly recommend it.

I have found these TDS meters to be reliable and accurate. They are being used as a back up in case an onboard TDS meter fails. I am thrilled to find these meters are made in the USA! I have one in my emergency backpack for testing water wherever I go. They use a very common easy-to-replace battery. I highly recommend these meters as they are super easy to use and to read.

I’ve been extremely impressed with the WaterLogix 7% Hydrogen Peroxide solution. We were dealing with a strong rotten egg smell in our well water along with iron staining and occasional discoloration, and this product made a noticeable difference within a very short time. The water now smells clean, tastes much better, and the orange staining around sinks and fixtures has significantly improved. I also appreciate that this is a professional-grade formula and NSF certified for drinking water applications, which gave me confidence using it in our system. The packaging was solid and convenient with the two 2. 5-gallon bottles, and it worked perfectly with our chemical feed pump setup. After dialing in the dosage, the oxidation process worked exactly as described with consistent results. What stood out most is how effective it has been at controlling sulfur odor without causing any harsh chemical smell. Our water quality feels dramatically improved overall.
