Happy with everything except the hat. More disappointed that I didn’t get a reply after letting them know it was the wrong colour

The hat dented on the top after 1 day of use. Tried steaming it etc but the dent just keeps reappearing.

The shoes look nice ,But after 1 hour the balls of my feet are sore Have had Puma golf shoes in the past with no issues, they were comfortable Why are theses so uncomfortable?

Feet were soaked after some dew on the grass while I played early one morning. I requested a refund but was denied. I am currently waiting for customer care to respond to my email l. I’m trying to organize a replacement pair after being denied a refund.
