Not sure it’s worth the upgrade

Haven’t received the Strength training book

Disappointing that membership was not fulfilled. Strength book never received.

Can get same info for free on google .

Same items, overpriced DVDs that are sometimes discounted and sometimes are full price. The book selection is sparce.
