Women's Health Membership

This app is misleading. I downloaded it and it wouldn’t work I also thought I could read back issues of the magazine…not true! After calling customer service (and hanging up because the wait time is ridiculous) and emailing multiple times), I called back again. I was told that the digital membership is ONLY to access content on the website (funny how when you buy it the emails tell you to download the app). So I had to make another purchase to actually read the magazine. I didn’t renew my subscription.

Terroble service! The product never arrived to the location , 5 weeks later still hasnt arrived. While i am no longer in the location i ordered it, i am trying to locate it and contact help service with no reply.

Crappy product and even crappier customer service
