Never got the strength training guide and when I asked about it no response

Not really accessible. I have not received book either.

Unable to get app I paid for do to your technical issue

No value- didn’t receive the Women’s Guide to Strength Training and can’t access online content. I have received 1 magazine. I’ve reached out to customer service with no more than an automated reply.

The content is good, but I haven't been able to login to the app yet. After multiple emails, I just keep getting forwarded to a different email with no resolution. After I signed up, I saw the "fine print" that it takes at least 6 weeks to receive my items by mail. I will not be renewing.
