I purchased a set of Stockholm Urbanista wireless buds in the Midway Chicago Airport. When I charged them and tried to use them they were dead - no lights on buds even though box showed fully charged. The Urbanista response was take it back to the store - I live in Dallas and Chicago is a bit out of the way. The process was push back until I finally threatened to call the BBB. They wanted a video, then another and then a photo. Each step was a day due to 24 hours at a minimum to get responses. Finally after four more riduiculous steps Eric agreed to replace the wireless set - and made it sound like they were doing me a favor! Note that customer support (Eric) only answered one email a day, but not everyday, so the whole process took several weeks. No chat, no phone calls, just slow and deliberate attempts to make it so hard to get fair treatment that I assume they hoped that I would go away. I have had better success getting responses from insurance adjusters. I will never buy another product sold by Urbanista because of their lack of customer service.
