Poor ergonomics and too much pressure on the head.

I loved my first set of Stockholm wireless earbuds. I had to order a second set and when they came in only one works. It’s too much of a hassle to return them so I’ll figure it out.

It took nearly 3 weeks to receive my product. Urbanista makes false claims on their website regarding their cancellation and refund policies to lure customers in. Miami headphones look nice and sound ok, but the technology is not at all intuitive. Really can't recommend if you plan to use with more than one device. Wanted to like this product and company a lot. Unfortunately it was one of my worst customer experiences ever.

Not really sound proof

Did not receive any confirmation of the item being sent. Had to contact costumer service to know if/where it had been sent. Took a long time and I decided to make a return. Also complicated. Didn’t hear anything about it for a month. Contacted customer service. Overall a bad experience.
