Loved the fact that this was organic, fresh squeezed, with no added anything, but I did not care for the taste.

Received original order damaged in transit. Notified business and was texted that a replacement would be sent. Still have not received replacement, sent multiple inquiries and last evening got a text stating to wait til Monday because they do not have my information. OMG

The product, Anna and Sarah Organic Dried Mango Slices 3 Lbs., is excellent. The newmall customer service, however, has been very poor. I ordered and paid for two packages. I received one package even though the packing slip showed two packages were shipped. I immediately notified newmall of the mistake. Two weeks went by with no reply. I sent them another email. I finally received a reply saying they would notify the shipping department. That was a week ago with no further contact. Very disappointed . . .
